Shipping:

  • Italy: Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee of 5 euros applies. We exclusively use GLS, aiming to deliver the next working day for orders placed before 1 PM.
  • International: Currently, we ship throughout the European Union and the United States via FedEx, ensuring high standards of service.
    • EU and UK: 4.99 euros.
    • USA: 12 euros.

Returns and Exchanges:
We understand the importance of a flexible return policy:

  • Size changes are free in Europe.
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the products are returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
